Narciso Montel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boguslaw Lamczyk in the 16th minute of play. If Lino Lluis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. Narciso Montel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Desiderio Lastur during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes C.A.P.J. got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Lastur. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zula Scislowicz got free with Narciso Montel in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute, C.A.P.J.'s Joel Munio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Joel Munio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of C.A.P.J. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Joel Munio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Desiderio Lastur made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Purple Shadows's Zula Scislowicz made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Montel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florencio Serafo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Zbyszko Duda made a huge save. C.A.P.J.'s Narciso Montel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Bronkala in the 61st minute of play. Narciso Montel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 82 minutes into the game, Florencio Serafo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.P.J.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purple Shadows the free kick. The supporters of Purple Shadows booed when C.A.P.J. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Serafo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, C.A.P.J.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zula Scislowicz came free, but Narciso Montel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C.A.P.J. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. When the referee ended the match the Purple Shadows players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
