The referee ignored Leripe Lifestyle's protests and gave Erasmo Velloso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Rodriguinho Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A long shot from Diego Combi in the 29th minute of play was well struck, but Zé Carlos made a really good save at the right post. After 31 minutes of play, ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Fabián Haste made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Carlos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute of the match, Aldo Croce tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zé Carlos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 35 minutes, Fraj Shibalkin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ and the Leripe Lifestyle players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fraj Shibalkin kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Leripe Lifestyle getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Luan de Castro hit a great ball. Diego Combi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aldo Croce to make the kick off. In the 57th minute Leripe Lifestyle were awarded a corner. Celsinho Eger went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Celsinho Eger got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfonso Cauli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Croce in the 58th minute of play forced Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper Zé Carlos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Croce came free, but Zé Carlos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rubinho Nogueira's late challenge caught a ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
