In the 16thth minute of the game Edgard Armentier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leripe Lifestyle's Luís Fábio Cardoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Velloso in the 17th minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Yelle Debock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Zézinho Pontes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yelle Debock was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Yelle Debock came out of the goal and Celsinho Eger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Velloso during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of de belletrekkers booed when Leripe Lifestyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loui Vissenaekers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Luís Fábio Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Luan de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yelle Debock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Armentier took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Fábio Cardoso. Luís Fábio Cardoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zézinho Pontes to strike the kick off in the second half. Luís Fábio Cardoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Loui Vissenaekers showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 52 minute of play. After 64 played minutes de belletrekkers got a freekick which was hit by Benne Stoffels. 66 minutes into the game, Loui Vissenaekers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. de belletrekkers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leripe Lifestyle the free kick. Yelle Debock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Zico in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Leo Junior made a precise shot to the right of Yelle Debock. de belletrekkers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. There was no doubt that Leripe Lifestyle were the better team. Leripe Lifestyle's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
