Iwo Rybak ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Célio Meira got a free kick in the 34th minute. With a little luck, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Vitor José got control of the ball when Roland Sienkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Juan Sorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vitor José showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Rybak in the 54th minute of the match. FC WAWER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bogumil Balonek in the 55th minute. After 60 played minutes S.E.R. Caxias do Sul got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Mello. Roland Sienkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Juan Sorin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patryk Solibieda was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Patryk Solibieda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Sorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to S.E.R. Caxias do Sul getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Flávio Fonseca hit a great ball. After 76 played minutes, FC WAWER's Bogumil Balonek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vitor José came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC WAWER reached it. Vitor José took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Sienkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC WAWER booed when S.E.R. Caxias do Sul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Veloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michal Zbydniewski hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Vitor José showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Sienkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A collision led to FC WAWER getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Emil Korytkowski hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, FC WAWER's goalkeeper Patryk Solibieda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Veloso. For all the effort they put into the match, the S.E.R. Caxias do Sul players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC WAWER.
