Sansargiller FK's Rıfat Oğurata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Soeiro in the 40th minute of play. Rıfat Oğurata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Viana in the 43rd minute of the match. Vitor José made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykan Yıldırımtürk in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Alberto Viana was the one to do the kick off. Vitor José made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behzat Özbil in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Sansargiller FK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Davut Özdal hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Carlos Alberto Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıfat Oğurata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Sansargiller FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertunç Murtaza to maneuver through the defense. Ladislao Mazurkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıfat Oğurata having to interfere. When Haşmet Çetinay came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Sansargiller FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haşmet Çetinay couldn't finish the play. Giovanni Soeiro hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Sansargiller FK's Rıfat Oğurata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Sansargiller FK from getting a goal against them. Remo Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Baykan Yıldırımtürk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sansargiller FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 95 played minutes S.E.R. Caxias do Sul got a freekick which was hit by Iuri Paranaense. Sansargiller FK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though S.E.R. Caxias do Sul had controlled the match.
