Dalmacio Playo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. The Alianza Trujillo fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Alianza Trujillo's Turi Sendin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Manuel Xacintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furtado Frago in the 21st minute of play. Manuel Xacintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferrer Bujanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Gar Ligero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Xacintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mateo Tartalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Alianza Trujillo's Cristo Urtiaran got control of the ball when Dalmacio Playo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Correla q va en Chancleta's Manuel Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gar Ligero in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Correla q va en Chancleta's goal looked a bit too open when Gar Ligero came free, but Manuel Xacintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Playo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Cristo Urtiaran made a huge save. Manuel Xacintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaume Urtasabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Mateo Tartalo's late challenge caught a Alianza Trujillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Tartalo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Alianza Trujillo booed when Correla q va en Chancleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Tartalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Alianza Trujillo were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Alianza Trujillo's Euloxu Seoane was substituted for Furtado Frago. Manuel Xacintu made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Turi Sendin sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Xacintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turi Sendin in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osoro Caroso in the 57th minute of play forced Correla q va en Chancleta's goalkeeper Manuel Xacintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Xacintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gar Ligero in the 59th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Alianza Trujillo's Gar Ligero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 72nd minute Osoro Caroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Xacintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, one of Correla q va en Chancleta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Euloxu Seoanes short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Manuel Xacintu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Correla q va en Chancleta's Eriberto Bidari got a free kick in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Alianza Trujillo's Turi Sendin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 97th minute, Anibal Emenon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Xacintu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 98th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kaiet Berda. Alianza Trujillo played a much better game than Correla q va en Chancleta and deserved their victory. The Correla q va en Chancleta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
