After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Eugeniusz Bugno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maarten Soetemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Praski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Grzegorz Praski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juventus Football Club's Korneliusz Kensicki got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Eugeniusz Bugno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Twierdza Osowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Skirzynski came free, but Maarten Soetemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Grzegorz Praski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maarten Soetemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Korneliusz Kensicki fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventus Football Club's protests and gave Korneliusz Kensicki a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Juventus Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Korneliusz Kensicki. Maarten Soetemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Praski in the 32nd minute of play. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lou Winnepenninck was the one to do the kick off. When Joel Gevaert fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Twierdza Osowiec's protests and gave Joel Gevaert a yellow card for diving instead. Eugeniusz Bugno did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Maarten Soetemans 58 minutes into the match. Maarten Soetemans was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kryspin Skirzynski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 65 minute of play. Twierdza Osowiec's Maarten Soetemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Praski in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kryspin Skirzynski in the 73rd minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Maarten Soetemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grzegorz Praski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maarten Soetemans having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Sylwester Walentowicz put in a rough tackle. Sylwester Walentowicz hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Kamil Grabara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim De Poorter in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th play minute Eugeniusz Bugno came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Maarten Soetemans. 0-5. Maarten Soetemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Skirzynski in the 94th minute of the match.
