After 4 minutes, Edson de Lara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Litoral EC - CIMZ and the FC Montana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Edson de Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aytuğ Kornes struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Sílvio Luiz das Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Montana. When Süruri Ethem fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Montana's protests and gave Süruri Ethem a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Montana's Şensoy Usun got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Ricardinho Vander dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 24th minute, İstemihan Kumanbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goalkeeper Gazi Gencer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardinho Vander. Ricardinho Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gazi Gencer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Montana's Gazi Gencer got control of the ball when Virgílio Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th match minute, FC Montana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertan Tuğ to maneuver through the defense. FC Montana's Gazi Gencer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save FC Montana from getting a goal against them. Virgílio Borges hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Gazi Gencer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anıl Arda Zeren to make the kick off. Sílvio Luiz das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atakan Cebir in the 58th minute. Anıl Arda Zeren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sílvio Luiz das Neves made a huge save. Ertan Tuğ hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The FC Montana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gazi Gencer should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Montana players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Litoral EC - CIMZ.
