Raí Bertassi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Estebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Luiz Fabiano Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Daniel Estebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raí Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Majadita FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Samuel Evangelista hit a great ball. Bartolo Tercero acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Carlos Eduardo Rossi. Luiz Fabiano Albuquerque scored 1-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartolo Tercero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Estebe in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raí Bertassi saved 27 de Mayo from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dedê de Senna got free with Bartolo Tercero in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes into the match, 27 de Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Corderun came free, but Raí Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Majadita FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito Lia. Clemente Castro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bartolo Tercero. Majadita FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dedê de Senna to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Dedê de Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartolo Tercero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Dedê de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Tercero having to interfere. Majadita FC's Bartolo Tercero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedê de Senna in the 61st minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Majadita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Paz to maneuver through the defense. 27 de Mayo's Raí Bertassi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save 27 de Mayo from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Estebe got free with Raí Bertassi in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Majadita FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Haroldo Paz hit a great ball. Bartolo Tercero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano da Costa in the 90th minute of play forced Majadita FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Tercero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Majadita FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 27 de Mayo.
