Benjamim Cearense made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Saffet Salih sent off a good shot on target. After 21 played minutes Desportivo Coala got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Velasco. Desportivo Coala's Benjamim Cearense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Desportivo Coala from getting a goal against them. Buğra Irmak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Netto in the 26th minute of the match. Saffet Salih hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Desportivo Coala's Ricardo Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ricardo Netto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Buğra Irmak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Ricardo Netto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desportivo Coala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Netto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ÇORUM FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Desportivo Coala were winning 0-1.

Ricardo Netto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Buğra Irmak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cláudio Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buğra Irmak having to interfere. Gökay Oncubay got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gökay Oncubay hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Cauã Novaes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Buğra Irmak. The goal made the score 0-2. With a little luck, ÇORUM FK's Buğra Irmak got control of the ball when Ciro Cardozo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ricardo Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saffet Salih in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamim Cearense saved Desportivo Coala from getting behind. ÇORUM FK's Mustafa Birol Bahçıvan got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to ÇORUM FK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Mustafa Birol Bahçıvan hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the game, João Augusto de Brito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Desportivo Coala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ÇORUM FK the free kick. João Augusto de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Benjamim Cearense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Birol Bahçıvan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Desportivo Coala could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ÇORUM FK throughout the match.
