In the 16thth minute of the game Staffan Salkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Gláuber Rosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adriano Rosa scored 1-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stellan Clementsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gláuber Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Friberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Bengt-Rune Friberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Rosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Full Fart Framåt getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Staffan Salkvist hit a great ball. Full Fart Framåt's Staffan Salkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Full Fart Framåt booed when Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriano Rosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bengt-Rune Friberger did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Gláuber Rosa 54 minutes into the match. Gláuber Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Friberger in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Guga Valadares hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's zone, Harry Billvall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gláuber Rosa came out of the goal and Harry Billvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bengt-Rune Friberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bengt-Rune Friberger came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Full Fart Framåt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Rune Friberger couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the game, Bengt-Rune Friberger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gláuber Rosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's zone, Arne Lundqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gláuber Rosa came out of the goal and Arne Lundqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The goalkeeper, Gláuber Rosa, was totally fooled by Full Fart Framåt's Bengt-Rune Friberger, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Robin Vibjörnsson came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Full Fart Framåt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robin Vibjörnsson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ booed when Full Fart Framåt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Vibjörnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Giovani Veloso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stellan Clementsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ reached it. Gláuber Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Rune Friberger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robin Vibjörnsson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Full Fart Framåt supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Full Fart Framåt would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
