The referee ignored Full Fart Framåt's protests and gave Olov Kjellbom a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Full Fart Framåt getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Olov Kjellbom hit a great ball. The supporters of Full Fart Framåt booed when Arye Suryoye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Lundgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Joacim Ekblom made the kick off in the second half. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arye Suryoye's goalkeeper Robert Ljungberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan Billock during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
