The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Carlos da Cunha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marino Brunet. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Milanis E.C.'s Jacinto de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Guilisasti in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to TurboUC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Anastasio Santana-Bauzá hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Milanis E.C.'s Ian Rossi got a free kick in the 27th minute. Zé Carlos da Cunha's late challenge caught a TurboUC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Carlos da Cunha helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Zé Carlos da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Guilisasti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jacinto de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Milanis E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Elivélton da Silva. Marino Brunet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Pombal in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Edgar Villamayor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marino Brunet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Pombal in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xabel Vallejo made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Zé Carlos da Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélder Britto during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xabel Vallejo in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Milanis E.C.'s Jacinto de Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Milanis E.C. from getting a goal against them. After 61 played minutes TurboUC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Larraín. Augusto das Neves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marino Brunet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of TurboUC booed when Milanis E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Xabel Vallejo came free, but Jacinto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xabel Vallejo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Jacinto de Azevedo made a huge save. In the 89th match minute, Milanis E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton da Silva to maneuver through the defense. TurboUC's Sandro Minden was substituted for Marcos Guilisasti. Hélder Britto hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Milanis E.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of TurboUC for a fine match.
