With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Fiz in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacinto de Azevedo saved Milanis E.C. from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Elodio got free with Jacinto de Azevedo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Fabio Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Carlos da Cunha in the 44th minute of play forced ⭐Ƒꭙ⭐ Idεɭcαp FC ツ u21's goalkeeper Roberto Abbondanzieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Abbondanzieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Fiz made a kick off.
