In the 3rd minute, George Bildt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Farsaebarca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. George Bildt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Sönke Odenwälder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 played minutes AC Farsaebarca got a freekick which was hit by Timm Portman. If Timm Portman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After taking down the ball on AC Farsaebarca's corner Asfred Cristoffanini fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sönke Odenwälder quite easily take care of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Timm Portman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Timm Portman came free, but Sönke Odenwälder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sönke Odenwälder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Bildt in the 32nd minute of play. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Sönke Odenwälder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Noren in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Asfred Cristoffanini who took care of the corner kick. Heimko Schober kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Sönke Odenwälder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Bildt went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, AC Farsaebarca's Hugo Tvillinggaard got a free kick in the 39th minute. George Bildt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sönke Odenwälder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Heimko Schober stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bruce Pesch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Heimko Schober got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 59 played minutes AC Farsaebarca got a freekick which was hit by Asfred Cristoffanini. 60 minutes into the game, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Bruce Pesch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niklaes Post made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Matthias Aagsø's late challenge caught a SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matthias Aagsø helped the player get up and apologised. Maximilian Stößlein took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Niklaes Post. AC Farsaebarca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Bildt during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
