The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes KKS Magines's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicolae Niculcea who took care of the corner kick. In the 7th minute Laurențiu Plăcintă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Hodyl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Ciprian Boșneag was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KKS Magines the free kick. In the 9th minute, Ciprian Boșneag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match, Remus Ticulescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mikolaj Hodyl saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grigore Şiman during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of KKS Magines booed when C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigore Şiman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Bogdan Pankiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrzej Gongolewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Claudiu Gioagă hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Pompiliu Vizitiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Dombroski, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Pompiliu Vizitiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Pankiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of C Ａ R D I N Ａ L booed when KKS Magines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrzej Gongolewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, KKS Magines's Edward Dombroski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Remus Ticulescu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 43rd minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Remus Ticulescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remus Ticulescu to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Horaţiu Aurelianu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikolaj Hodyl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 57th minute Horaţiu Aurelianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Hodyl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Laurențiu Plăcintă fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's protests and gave Laurențiu Plăcintă a yellow card for diving instead. Laurențiu Plăcintă hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The supporters of C Ａ R D I N Ａ L booed when KKS Magines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrzej Gongolewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateusz Ikalewicz took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pompiliu Vizitiu. Pompiliu Vizitiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 67th minute Remus Ticulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Hodyl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Remus Ticulescu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 68 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mikolaj Hodyl was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. KKS Magines's Mikolaj Hodyl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurențiu Plăcintă in the 72nd minute of play. Mikolaj Hodyl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Ticulescu in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Pompiliu Vizitiu got control of the ball when Bogdan Pankiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bogdan Pankiewicz's late challenge caught a C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bogdan Pankiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, KKS Magines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Pankiewicz to maneuver through the defense. When Laurențiu Plăcintă was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. In the 83rd match minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurențiu Plăcintă to maneuver through the defense. Sandu Onciu kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Mikolaj Hodyl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horaţiu Aurelianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
