An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Loureiro in the 18th minute of play forced Near End's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes PREZULO FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Chaves. Tymoteusz Piszczor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Cavalcante in the 22nd minute of the match. Válbson Carvalho took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tymoteusz Piszczor. After some careless play in the Near End defense, Alexandre Loureiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tymoteusz Piszczor. The Near End fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tymoteusz Piszczor should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wasyl Oryniak to make the kick off.
