A hard shot 17 in the game by José Vítor Rodrigues from a close distance when the talented Filiberto Etxeberri managed to make a qualified save. Menchu FC's players were relieved. Zé Carlos de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Filiberto Etxeberri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Menchu FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play.
