Ciccio Carbonaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Carlos de Azevedo in the 16th minute. A collision led to Independente FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gilberto Gonçalves hit a great ball. In the 23rd match minute, Independente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Soares to maneuver through the defense. Independente FC's Nestor Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Pantalone in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to GG Team FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Attilio Bolli hit a great ball. Zé Carlos de Azevedos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Ciccio Carbonaro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nestor Quintal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felice Lepre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Lepre in the 30th minute of play forced Independente FC's goalkeeper Nestor Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felice Lepre in the 35th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Pantalone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, GG Team FC's Dennis Mazzola got a free kick in the 56th minute. 60 minutes into the game, José Vítor Rodrigues cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ciccio Carbonaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alfonso Pantalone kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Zé Carlos de Azevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciccio Carbonaro having to make a save. José Vítor Rodrigues scored 4-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciccio Carbonaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dennis Tieri kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Independente FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Esteves. Alfonso Pantalone in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nestor Quintal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Attilio Bolli charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Attilio Bolli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GG Team FC's Attilio Bolli got a free kick in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Attilio Bolli got free with Nestor Quintal in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nestor Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Pantalone in the 81st minute of the match. Alfonso Pantalone took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Quintal. Nestor Quintal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 87 minutes into the match, GG Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Gonçalves came free, but Ciccio Carbonaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GG Team FC's Ciccio Carbonaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos de Azevedo in the 90th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Independente FC had won after a very even match.
