Josef Askestät's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 马霖森 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Ulf Andreasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but 马霖森 made a huge save. 崔杰星 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Josef Askestät dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 马霖森, 0-8. 马霖森 made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Josef Askestät sent off a good shot on target. 马霖森 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otto Björck in the 87th minute. The audience was convinced that 俞谦勇's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rune Jansson was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.
