Saturnino Michael in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olaf Lübke, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 28 minutes of play, SC Otten's Mel Ecker made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliberto Jerardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hellmuth Mönch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliberto Jerardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mel Ecker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SC Otten's Damir Preußner got a free kick in the 46th minute. The El retorno del Pincha players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Otten were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Platon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to El retorno del Pincha getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Alfredo Cedro hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute, Hellmuth Mönch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Otten's zone, Valentin Platon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Lübke came out of the goal and Valentin Platon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Damir Preußner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Otten's Rudi Tenhagen was substituted for Kartikeya von Gyldenfeldt. SC Otten's Frederik Vielmann was substituted for Mirco Maier. After 57 played minutes SC Otten got a freekick which was hit by Damir Preußner. Ronnie Schilder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Feliberto Jerardo made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Otten's Hansjörg Görlitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Feliberto Jerardo. That made the score 0-2 after 61 minutes of play. Feliberto Jerardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hansjörg Görlitz in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, El retorno del Pincha's goal looked a bit too open when Frederik Vielmann came free, but Feliberto Jerardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, El retorno del Pincha's Feliberto Jerardo got control of the ball when Hansjörg Görlitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. El retorno del Pincha's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Frederik Vielmann 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Rudi Tenhagen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Feliberto Jerardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliberto Jerardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hansjörg Görlitz in the 93rd minute. The audience was convinced that Saturnino Michael's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olaf Lübke was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
