An unexpectedly hard shot by Kartikeya von Gyldenfeldt in the 4th minute of play forced MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Remigiusz Madej to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th match minute, MZetowe Mastodonty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Chwalkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, SC Otten's Olaf Lübke got control of the ball when Zbyszko Bartochowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remigiusz Madej showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hansjörg Görlitz in the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Daniel Chwalkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. MZetowe Mastodonty's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Chwalkiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olaf Lübke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariusz Ankiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Hellmuth Mönch shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remigiusz Madej showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Borys Napierkowski's late challenge caught a SC Otten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbyszko Bartochowski got free with Olaf Lübke in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on MZetowe Mastodonty's corner Mikolaj Okropny fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Olaf Lübke quite easily take care of the ball. In the 36th minute Mel Ecker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigiusz Madej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th play minute Zbyszko Bartochowski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Olaf Lübke. 1-0. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Remigiusz Madej, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SC Otten were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after MZetowe Mastodonty's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hellmuth Mönch took the corner. The corner led SC Otten's Hellmuth Mönch to fire away a dangerous shot which Remigiusz Madej despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 42nd match minute, MZetowe Mastodonty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariusz Ankiewicz to maneuver through the defense. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zbyszko Bartochowski was the one to do the kick off. If Zbyszko Bartochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariusz Ankiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Olaf Lübke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, MZetowe Mastodonty's Radomir Skikiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olaf Lübke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 60thth minute of the game Radomir Skikiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Otten's Olaf Lübke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frederik Vielmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Remigiusz Madej made a huge save. MZetowe Mastodonty's Remigiusz Madej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederik Vielmann in the 88th minute of play. After 92 played minutes SC Otten got a freekick which was hit by Heinrich Langer. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederik Vielmann in the 94th minute of play forced MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Remigiusz Madej to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MZetowe Mastodonty fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Otten had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
