The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrik Svarberg got free with Adrián Saez in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute Peiter Nylev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrián Saez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes, Montrel Galego mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FCSB CUENCA and the Uggeløse SIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, FCSB CUENCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Montrel Galego to maneuver through the defense. After 32 played minutes Uggeløse SIK got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Kure. Adrián Saez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodor Dorset, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Bernardo Solo made the kick off in the second half. Peiter Nylev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peiter Nylev might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adrián Saez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiktor Kure's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrián Saez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Uggeløse SIK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
