If Bernardo Solo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Plauto Urbina kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Bernardo Solo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Comas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Adrián Saez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joselito Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Cotes having to interfere. Tiago Durazno charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiago Durazno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiago Durazno hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the game, Inocencio Labarra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zacarias Cotes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zacarias Cotes came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by FCSB CUENCA's Bernardo Solo. But to his dismay, Bernardo Solo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Sayvion Alegria charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sayvion Alegria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FCSB CUENCA booed when Zebolla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayvion Alegria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Cotes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Solo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 45th minute of the match Sayvion Alegria completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sayvion Alegria a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Sayvion Alegria kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardo Solo to make the kick off. A collision led to Zebolla FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Zacarias Barriobero hit a great ball. Adrián Saez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savier Orue in the 64th minute of play. Zebolla FC made a substitution. Iigo Limofer replaced Arnoldo Partearroyo. Karlos Gaviria charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karlos Gaviria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Karlos Gaviria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ordono Siles scored 1-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrián Saez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 79 minutes, Fulgencio Comas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zebolla FC and the FCSB CUENCA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zacarias Cotes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Troy Segarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, Plauto Urbina notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Zebolla FC's Zacarias Cotes. Zacarias Cotes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joselito Quiroga kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Zebolla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Solo came free, but Zacarias Cotes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Inocencio Labarra reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zacarias Cotes. The goal made the score 1-4. FCSB CUENCA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
