Benito Roland hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Teodosio Francis hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Henley Utd's John Björkkvist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matias Gauargi. Matias Gauargi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With an all-out effort, Henley Utd's Matias Gauargi threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isac Bergström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rolf Simonsson took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Gauargi. Matias Gauargi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 20th minute, Filomeno Veronica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Bergström in the 21st minute of play forced Desfachatados F.C.'s goalkeeper Matias Gauargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Teodosio Francis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Perutxo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Elliot Mårtensson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Isac Bergström hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Matias Gauargi made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Björkkvist in the 39th minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Rolf Simonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Henley Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolf Simonsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uriel Oro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Brian Ingvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Gauargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Gauargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Simonsson in the 60th minute of the match. Uriel Oro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marc-Joel van Bronckhorst hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The supporters of Henley Utd booed when Desfachatados F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Gauargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Bergström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Gauargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Ingvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Benito Roland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desfachatados F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Roland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per Spetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With 81 minutes on the clock, Claes Springfält commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The Henley Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per Spetz should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Uriel Oro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Per Spetz. That made the score 2-2 in the 87 minute of play. Isac Bergström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
