When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dorel Codin made a kick off. Venancio Gervaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristide Pupăzan in the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernan Bartoli got free with Edgar Coposu in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ovidiu Borza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Venancio Gervaso having to make a save. Venancio Gervaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidiu Borza, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes Angua FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Blasco. Stiinta-Univ.'s Edgar Coposu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Stiinta-Univ. from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the match, Stiinta-Univ.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Bernaldo came free, but Edgar Coposu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
