Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Renato Melo got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Renato Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brazil Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Renato Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geordy De Leger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 4th minute, Virgílio Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernd Van der Sande in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Abraão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 7 minutes, Charalambos Zardari made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Brazil Academy's Gilberto Abraão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Brazil Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Bernd Van der Sande came free, but Gilberto Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes Vc Brye got a freekick which was hit by Roland Le Page. In the 16th minute, Virgílio Dantas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Geordy De Leger, passed just outside the right post. Geordy De Leger came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Brazil Academy's Renato Melo. But to his dismay, Renato Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, Vc Brye's Octaaf Van Adorp got a free kick in the 20th minute. Armando Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes Brazil Academy got a freekick which was hit by Renato Melo. After 31 played minutes, Vc Brye's Octaaf Van Adorp shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gilberto Abraão came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vc Brye reached it. Renato Melo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Geordy De Leger made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Jean Theunis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vc Brye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 37 played minutes Vc Brye got a freekick which was hit by Roland Le Page. In the 38th minute of the match Thomás Massa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geordy De Leger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Bernd Van der Sande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jean Theunis to strike the kick off in the second half. Geordy De Leger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Melo in the 52nd minute of the match. When Brazil Academy's Renato Melo in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vc Brye's goalie prevented a goal. Geordy De Leger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renato Melo went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Melo in the 76th minute of play forced Vc Brye's goalkeeper Geordy De Leger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilberto Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Geordy De Leger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimir Koehler hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Vc Brye made a substitution. Pierre-Olivier Theijs replaced Cederique Wigers. In the 83rd minute, Murilo Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Abraão made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Jean Theunis sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute Armando Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geordy De Leger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Armando Meira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brazil Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Geordy De Leger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Vc Brye getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Octaaf Van Adorp hit a great ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
