Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aquilino Mattin took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, CA Trapito's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Gana came free, but Benedicto Eli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CA Trapito's Benedicto Eli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save CA Trapito from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Abel Gana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benedicto Eli. Benedicto Eli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Gana got free with Benedicto Eli in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silverio Mirande's late challenge caught a Club Deportes Santa Cruz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silverio Mirande helped the player get up and apologised. Silverio Mirande hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Benedicto Eli made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Abel Gana sent off a good shot on target. Abel Gana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Benedicto Eli made a huge save. In the 23rd minute, Inocencio Mosca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedicto Eli was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Raimundo Backhouse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teodosio Cerda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Guillelmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, CA Trapito's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Mosca came free, but Benedicto Eli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedicto Eli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inocencio Mosca's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Abel Gana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Benedicto Eli made a huge save. In the 44th minute, Inocencio Mosca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportes Santa Cruz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abel Gana to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Raimundo Backhouse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Backhouse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Eli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benedicto Eli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Gana, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Inocencio Mosca took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedicto Eli. Benedicto Eli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Benedicto Eli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Gana in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Club Deportes Santa Cruz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baraquiel Livingstone to maneuver through the defense. Abel Gana scored 5-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedicto Eli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. CA Trapito's Benedicto Eli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Gana in the 79th minute of play. Abel Gana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Benedicto Eli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CA Trapito were furious when Ariel Ritchie was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 93rd minute, Ariel Ritchie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Abel Gana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
