In the 20th match minute, Tours Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Migne to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute of the match, Renaud Corbeau tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Damian Quirze saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Ezequiel Pero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Pero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheo Mareau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 45 minutes, Stanislas Lanfranchi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tours Football Club and the Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute of the match Ivan Felipo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matheo Mareau showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Renaud Corbeau made the kick off in the second half. Angelo Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Carli in the 58th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Damian Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Felix Montigny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renaud Corbeau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ezequiel Pero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Sayvion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Matheo Mareau made a huge save. Donatien Delourme hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 93 minutes in the game Yazid Rousselot did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Donatien Delourme. Tours Football Club were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
