The audience thought a goal was coming when Radomil Haszczak got free with Gvidonas Jakimavičius in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernardas Gadliauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Powiśle Warszawa's Bogdan Zatorski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugnius Budnikas in the 13th minute of play. Gvidonas Jakimavičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacy Kieca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Žygimantas Baldauskas hit a great ball. Damazy Prosowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Bogdan Zatorski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugnius Budnikas in the 22nd minute of the match. Bogdan Zatorski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ugnius Budnikas's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. With a little luck, FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius got control of the ball when Benedykt Nakoneczny tried to sneak it across the goal line. Motiejus Saudargis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Zatorski having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Lukas Kulpys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Mintis Vilnius's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukas Kulpys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FK Mintis Vilnius's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Borys Posadzki scored to the left of an out of position Gvidonas Jakimavičius, making the score, 1-0. 38 minutes into the game, Powiśle Warszawa's Borys Posadzki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gvidonas Jakimavičius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Gvidonas Jakimavičius was a little too slow when Ignacy Kieca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Emilis Laivys hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gvidonas Jakimavičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Nakoneczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Lukas Kulpys managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Mintis Vilnius's supporters rose to their feet, but Lukas Kulpys was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Zatorski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 minutes of play FK Mintis Vilnius's Adas Matonis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Adas Matonis kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Motiejus Saudargis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gvidonas Jakimavičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Haszczak in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Ugnius Budnikas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Benedykt Nakoneczny's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Benedykt Nakoneczny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gvidonas Jakimavičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Powiśle Warszawa were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FK Mintis Vilnius for a fine match.
