In the 20th match minute, FK Mintis Vilnius was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Motiejus Saudargis to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when FALCÕES VERDES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, FK Mintis Vilnius's goalkeeper Gvidonas Jakimavičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maicon Diniz. Dalmo Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ugnius Budnikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Emilis Laivys kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, FK Mintis Vilnius's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago de Queiroz came free, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save FK Mintis Vilnius from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius got control of the ball when Maicon Diniz tried to sneak it across the goal line.

51 minutes into the game, Tauras Marčiauskas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Mintis Vilnius's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FALCÕES VERDES the free kick. The supporters of FALCÕES VERDES booed when FK Mintis Vilnius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tauras Marčiauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gvidonas Jakimavičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Júlio Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Gvidonas Jakimavičius. FK Mintis Vilnius's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Gvidonas Jakimavičius came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by FALCÕES VERDES's Júlio Fonseca. But to his dismay, Júlio Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After having played for 71 minutes, Maicon Diniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FALCÕES VERDES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maicon Diniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 minutes, Daniel Gerber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FALCÕES VERDES and the FK Mintis Vilnius players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when FALCÕES VERDES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ugnius Budnikas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dalmo Sergipano. That made the score 5-1 in the 74 minute of play. In the 78th minute, Thiago de Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Gvidonas Jakimavičius. FK Mintis Vilnius's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 82nd minute Júlio Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, FK Mintis Vilnius's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Tepedino came free, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FK Mintis Vilnius defense, Júlio Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gvidonas Jakimavičius. The FK Mintis Vilnius fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gvidonas Jakimavičius should have stopped the shot. Gvidonas Jakimavičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maicon Diniz in the 88th minute of the match. FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Fonseca in the 91st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FALCÕES VERDES had played much better football throughout.
