After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Isidoro Tuste managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Mazorca's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Tuste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gvidonas Jakimavičius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in FK Mintis Vilnius's zone, Marcos Hever stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gvidonas Jakimavičius came out of the goal and Marcos Hever tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clodoveo Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardas Gadliauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Tuste in the 9th minute of play forced FK Mintis Vilnius's goalkeeper Gvidonas Jakimavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ugnius Budnikas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Clodoveo Gartxot came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Mintis Vilnius's Lukas Kulpys. But to his dismay, Lukas Kulpys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Clodoveo Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugnius Budnikas in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to La Mazorca getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marcos Hever hit a great ball. In the 24th match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Ieltxu to maneuver through the defense. Gvidonas Jakimavičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Pelagius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of La Mazorca booed when FK Mintis Vilnius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adas Matonis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Kulpys received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clodoveo Gartxot came out and tried to block the shot, but Lukas Kulpys slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 32nd minute. FK Mintis Vilnius's Motiejus Saudargis got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ugnius Budnikas got free with Clodoveo Gartxot in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Ieltxu in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ugnius Budnikas to make the kick off. Marcos Hever hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Ugnius Budnikas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clodoveo Gartxot was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Isidoro Tuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gvidonas Jakimavičius having to interfere. Clodoveo Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Motiejus Saudargis in the 70th minute of the match. If Isidoro Tuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Mazorca's Clodoveo Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugnius Budnikas in the 75th minute of play. When FK Mintis Vilnius's Bernardas Gadliauskas in 83 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Clodoveo Gartxot guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Dario Pelagius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clodoveo Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Kulpys, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd match minute, FK Mintis Vilnius was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilis Laivys to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes FK Mintis Vilnius got a freekick which was hit by Albertas Adamonis. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FK Mintis Vilnius were victorious despite being under pressure from La Mazorca for much of the match.
