The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felix Kinell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manu Gyselinx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Manu Gyselinx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Kinell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Manu Gyselinx made a precise shot to the right of Felix Kinell. FC Blåvitt's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Felix Kinell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Van Meerbek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Tobias Geeraerts got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Felix Kinell quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Felix Kinell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manu Gyselinx in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, FC Blåvitt's goal looked a bit too open when Manu Gyselinx came free, but Felix Kinell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Kinell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manu Gyselinx in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Manu Gyselinx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Kinell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Sixten Eriksson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Blåvitt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Rune Wickander got a free kick in the 39th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harold Dheedene was the one to do the kick off. KFC Paal-Tervant's Jorne Verhofstadt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Strand in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Arvidsson came free, but Jorne Verhofstadt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorne Verhofstadt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Strand in the 58th minute of play. William Bodin hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, Sixten Eriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Jorne Verhofstadt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 69 minutes, Verner Strand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Blåvitt and the KFC Paal-Tervant players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Verner Strand got a free kick in the 69th minute. Felix Kinell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manu Gyselinx in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Verner Strand left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Blåvitt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 80th minute, Manu Gyselinx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Kinell was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. FC Blåvitt's Felix Kinell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save FC Blåvitt from getting a goal against them. With 94 minutes on the clock, Algot Duset commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Algot Duset got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Blåvitt's goalkeeper Felix Kinell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KFC Paal-Tervant were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
