The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Barone was the one to do the kick off. Morro Grande E.C's Raúl Maia got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute of the match, Wanderson Mello got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carter Di Nino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Christian Perna fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.S.C. NAPOLI's protests and gave Christian Perna a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, S.S.C. NAPOLI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Perna to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Ruy Duarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Corrado Iacovella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Clóvis Motta got a free kick in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Morro Grande E.C's zone, Armando Barone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willian Loyola came out of the goal and Armando Barone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 95 minutes, Clóvis Motta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morro Grande E.C and the S.S.C. NAPOLI players grew even worse after the yellow card. Clóvis Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Armando Barone broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
