In the 30th match minute, Borussia Dortmund MZB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aníbal Mandrak to maneuver through the defense.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamílton Campidelis in the 51st minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund MZB's goalkeeper Pedrinho Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinei Goiano made a great header on Wambalamba FC's corner, it was just that Borussia Dortmund MZB's Pedrinho Mandrak managed to reach the ball for a save. 62 minutes into the game, Wambalamba FC's Adhemar da Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedrinho Mandrak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. When Aníbal Mandrak fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borussia Dortmund MZB's protests and gave Aníbal Mandrak a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Aníbal Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sérgio Tande came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Borussia Dortmund MZB fans jumped to their feet. In the 87th minute of the match Cristiano Furlan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naldo Mello skillfully saved the ball. Naldo Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Adhemar da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho Mandrak having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Borussia Dortmund MZB had won after a very even match.
