After some careless play in the Alexandria Team08 defense, Cyryl Indyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corneliu Macamete. The Alexandria Team08 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corneliu Macamete should have stopped the shot. Viorel Firu kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Lucjan Gdowik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Răducu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Oceania Rumia's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Pască came free, but Lucjan Gdowik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Alexandria Team08 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Aurel Răducu hit a great ball. The supporters of Alexandria Team08 booed when Oceania Rumia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Gierlach didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurel Răducu took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucjan Gdowik. Lucjan Gdowik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 38th minute Irinel Pască shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Gdowik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Cyryl Indyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oceania Rumia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Alexandria Team08:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oceania Rumia:s goal. Corneliu Macamete had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Ignacy Zaremba's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurel Răducu made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyryl Indyk in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Macamete saved Alexandria Team08 from getting behind. Lucjan Gdowik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurel Răducu in the 57th minute. Corneliu Macamete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliusz Gierlach in the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, Alexandria Team08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niculae Corbea to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes of play Alexandria Team08's Adam Butnaru was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 87th minute Cyryl Indyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Macamete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juliusz Gierlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corneliu Macamete having to interfere. Juliusz Gierlach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irinel Pască's late challenge caught a Oceania Rumia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Irinel Pască helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Alexandria Team08's Irinel Pască got a free kick in the 96th minute. 98 minutes into the match, Alexandria Team08's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Indyk came free, but Corneliu Macamete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oceania Rumia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
