Maurinho Sousa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Csongor Virág notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Maurinho Sousa. Maurinho Sousa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 32 played minutes FC Henter Somosd got a freekick which was hit by Kristóf Bodonyi. When Csongor Virág came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the FC Henter Somosd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Csongor Virág couldn't finish the play. In the 46th match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dagoberto Guerra to maneuver through the defense. After the first half FC Henter Somosd were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 51 minutes, Magno Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magno Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. György Fenyvessy might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maurinho Sousa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. György Fenyvessy ran back to his position shaking his head. If Árpád Sugár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 76 minutes on the clock, Jacinto Vale commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jumeuc Futebol Clube! Róbson Veiga hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Maurinho Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csongor Virág in the 90th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Maurinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurinho Sousa made an important save on a dangerous shot by György Fenyvessy in the 92nd minute. Csongor Virág took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurinho Sousa. Maurinho Sousa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3.
