When Jairo Palban fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xeneizes's protests and gave Jairo Palban a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Club Atlético Timișoara booed when Xeneizes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball.
