Laurita FC's Dante Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Buğra Ünalp in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of CAN ERZURUM booed when Laurita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Tonio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Laurita FC's Pedro Kelemen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 23 minutes into the game, Romulo Phelipe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Hilmi Yücetekin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 35 minutes, Pedro Kelemen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laurita FC and the CAN ERZURUM players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pedro Kelemen kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. With his leg Hilmi Yücetekin managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Laurita FC's Reynaldo Tadzio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aaron Elizardo struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Hilmi Yücetekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laurita FC. In the 45th minute, Arın Ferhat Kocaker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute Aaron Elizardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilmi Yücetekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the CAN ERZURUM defense, Aaron Elizardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilmi Yücetekin. The CAN ERZURUM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilmi Yücetekin should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kadir Gagauz during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind CAN ERZURUM's goalkeeper Hilmi Yücetekin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Samet Gümüş's late challenge caught a Laurita FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samet Gümüş helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Laurita FC booed when CAN ERZURUM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samet Gümüş didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Romulo Phelipe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilmi Yücetekin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Laurita FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while CAN ERZURUM had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
