Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lázaro Ayala started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Hélder de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Iliana in the 9th minute of play. Gonzalo Txema kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Lázaro Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hélder de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Iliana in the 20th minute of play. Genaro Iliana took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélder de Queiroz. Hélder de Queiroz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Wágner Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, LTA FC's Zeledon Orlanda got a free kick in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Clóvis Corrêa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 20 DE SETEMBRO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LTA FC the free kick. In the 38th minute, one of 20 DE SETEMBRO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 20 DE SETEMBRO. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for LTA FC. Ariel Cisco stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hélder de Queiroz. 2-2. Hélder de Queiroz came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by LTA FC's Ariel Cisco. But to his dismay, Ariel Cisco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Hélder de Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Iliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Lázaro Ayala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder de Queiroz having to interfere. After the first half LTA FC were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wágner Miranda made a kick off. Roberto Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clóvis Corrêa in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, 20 DE SETEMBRO's goalkeeper Hélder de Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ariel Cisco. In the 56th minute Genaro Iliana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 57 in the game by Lázaro Ayala from a close distance when the talented Hélder de Queiroz managed to make a qualified save. 20 DE SETEMBRO's players were relieved. Ariel Cisco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Hélder de Queiroz made a huge save. Genaro Iliana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hélder de Queiroz came out and tried to block the shot, but Genaro Iliana slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 60th minute. Ariel Cisco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Hélder de Queiroz made a huge save. 67 minutes into the game, Lázaro Ayala lined in a short shot 2-5 behind a frustrated Hélder de Queiroz. Hélder de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Orlanda in the 75th minute of play. Genaro Iliana was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. LTA FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 81st minute, Clóvis Corrêa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Oliverio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. Hipolito Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Hélder de Queiroz made a huge save. After a rather tough play, LTA FC's Zeledon Orlanda got a free kick in the 86th minute. Hélder de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Txema in the 90th minute of the match. After some careless play in the 20 DE SETEMBRO defense, Hipolito Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hélder de Queiroz. The 20 DE SETEMBRO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hélder de Queiroz should have stopped the shot. Hélder de Queiroz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 96th minute, which inside left pole to 3-8. LTA FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
