If Armin Trivelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaj Rubaun in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrizio Massa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Randers A.F.C.'s Niels Willendrup proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Randers A.F.C. from getting a goal against them. Antonello Melone hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Kaj Rubaun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabrizio Massa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Fabrizio Massa came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Randers A.F.C.'s Kristian Ingels. But to his dismay, Kristian Ingels quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Owe Thorkells hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 32 minutes, Kaj Rubaun made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. PomeziaRamblers's Fabrizio Massa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaj Rubaun in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrizio Massa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristian Ingels might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabrizio Massa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kristian Ingels ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the game, Randers A.F.C.'s Kaj Rubaun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabrizio Massa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The PomeziaRamblers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Randers A.F.C. were winning 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaj Rubaun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to PomeziaRamblers getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cesare Di Palma hit a great ball. When Kristian Ingels came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Randers A.F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Ingels couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Fabrizio Massa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Kaj Rubaun put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Fabrizio Massa. Ciro Mastrocola hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes, Ernest Carstengren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Randers A.F.C. and the PomeziaRamblers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 92 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Carstengren. Fabrizio Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Ingels in the 96th minute of play. Randers A.F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
