The Sporting Clube Patrício fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Sporting Clube Patrício's Claudemiro Gomes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Donato Espinosa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, Cassiano Severo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Clube Patrício's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bulltofta BB the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sporting Clube Patrício's Cassiano Severo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ingvar Kvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Viriato Leal. Sporting Clube Patrício's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bulltofta BB's zone, Claudemiro Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Hultman came out of the goal and Claudemiro Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sporting Clube Patrício's Claudemiro Gomes in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bulltofta BB's goalie prevented a goal. In the 29th match minute, Sporting Clube Patrício was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudemiro Gomes to maneuver through the defense. Jim Hultman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarcísio Lopes in the 30th minute of the match. Malte Bergström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudemiro Gomes in the 35th minute of play forced Bulltofta BB's goalkeeper Jim Hultman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bulltofta BB's zone, Tarcísio Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Hultman came out of the goal and Tarcísio Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teófilo Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudemiro Gomes scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jim Hultman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albérico Figueiras during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bulltofta BB booed when Sporting Clube Patrício was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albérico Figueiras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Sporting Clube Patrício were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

54 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Brummer came free, but Viriato Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Claudemiro Gomes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jim Hultman. Claudemiro Gomes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 58th match minute, Sporting Clube Patrício was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Bento to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Nyman came free, but Viriato Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Claudemiro Gomes put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Jim Hultman. The Sporting Clube Patrício players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
