Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arthur de Toledo to make the kick off. Chicão Branco's late challenge caught a BVB 09's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 70th minute Sandu Bâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marius Agulescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benedito Bastos. G.E.
