After 5 minutes, Armando Toschi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola and the Creekers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Armando Toschi got a free kick in the 5th minute. With a little luck, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Beppe Mannella got control of the ball when Ari Laird tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 played minutes G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Rossi. After 16 played minutes G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Spiazzi. The crowd rose to their feet as Tommy Cabrera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beppe Mannella. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. After a rather tough play, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Fabio Rossi got a free kick in the 21st minute. Emerson Higgins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damiano Cericola in the 23rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ari Laird got free with Beppe Mannella in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armando Toschi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Creekers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola:s goal. In the 37th minute, Damiano Cericola made a precise shot to the right of Emerson Higgins. Creekers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The throw-in from Frank Di Maio in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Creekers's Dante Wynn. Tommy Bland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Beppe Mannella made a huge save.

G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Beppe Mannella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emmanuel Yeager in the 55th minute of play. If Emmanuel Yeager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Creekers! In the 65th minute there was a penalty for G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola. Dino Di Natale stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emerson Higgins. 1-3. Emerson Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damiano Cericola in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Dino Di Natale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dante Wynn during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Creekers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! 1-4 came through a penalty shot after 73 played minutes, when G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola:s Dino Di Natale calmly waited for Creekers:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. When Damiano Cericola came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damiano Cericola couldn't finish the play. The supporters of G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola booed when Creekers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willard Dubois didn't get a good kick on the ball. Creekers's Emerson Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Rossi in the 84th minute of play. Tommy Bland scored 2-4 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beppe Mannella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the game, Frank Di Maio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Creekers's Dante Wynn quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Beppe Mannella came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Creekers's Emmanuel Yeager. But to his dismay, Emmanuel Yeager quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. The Creekers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's performance. The match ended with a win for G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola.
