Juventus FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Creekers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dito de Senna took the corner. Luiz Guilherme Arósio was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Paulão Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emmanuel Yeager got free with Benedito Bastos in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 25 played minutes G.E. Juventus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Dito de Senna. With a little luck, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Benedito Bastos got control of the ball when Emmanuel Yeager tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 27 played minutes Creekers got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Yeager. Emerson Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Creekers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave G.E. Juventus FSCMZ the free kick. The supporters of G.E. Juventus FSCMZ booed when Creekers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willard Dubois didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Creekers's zone, Arthur de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Higgins came out of the goal and Arthur de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Fernando Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's zone, Ari Laird stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedito Bastos came out of the goal and Ari Laird tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over G.E. Juventus FSCMZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Creekers throughout the match.
