Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ariel Nel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Ştef in the 19th minute of play. Aristide Crivac scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Nel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Deportivo Pomelo Nenene getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ciriaco Eutropio hit a great ball. Ariel Nel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergiu Ştef, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristide Crivac in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Nel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Petre Luican fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uptown Otters's protests and gave Petre Luican a yellow card for diving instead. Petre Luican hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 39 minutes of play Uptown Otters's Petre Luican was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 39th match minute, Uptown Otters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petre Luican to maneuver through the defense. Iordache Sfârlea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Indalecio, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

The wind increased when Ştefan Ciuvică made the kick off in the second half. Ştefan Ciuvică in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ariel Nel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Uptown Otters were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matei Mischie took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Aristide Crivac got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ariel Nel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ciriaco Eutropio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Iordache Sfârlea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ştefan Ciuvică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Nel having to interfere. Iordache Sfârlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Indalecio in the 80th minute of play. When the match was over Uptown Otters could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo Pomelo Nenene throughout the match.
