The referee showed Miroslav Vašáry the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tomáš Omasta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomáš Omasta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Millan went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute Leonardo Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomáš Omasta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mauro Tano fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's protests and gave Mauro Tano a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Tano. Leonardo Millan took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomáš Omasta. Tomáš Omasta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
After 52 minutes of play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Mauro Tano made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. ŠK Horelica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Tomáš Omasta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Ferrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, ŠK Horelica's Matej Tomka got a free kick in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Urdin in the 71st minute of play forced ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Tomáš Omasta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
