The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Sandalio got free with Tomáš Omasta in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslav Vašáry in the 7th minute of play forced Juniors FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Macario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ŠK Horelica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ján Ďurica in the 8th minute. The corner ended in Ján Ďurica almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Juniors FC's Gervasio Macario did a great save. In the 11th minute Miroslav Vašáry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Macario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Ondrej Cundák who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juniors FC's Gervasio Macario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ján Ďurica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Macario having to interfere. ŠK Horelica's Tomáš Omasta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save ŠK Horelica from getting a goal against them. Ondrej Cundák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Macario having to interfere. Gervasio Macario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mojmír Rybárik in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Sandalio got free with Tomáš Omasta in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Perna got free with Tomáš Omasta in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, ŠK Horelica's Tomáš Omasta got control of the ball when Domingos Sandalio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 34 minutes, Miroslav Vašáry mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ŠK Horelica and the Juniors FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ŠK Horelica's Miroslav Vašáry got a free kick in the 34th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cayetano Jakue to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Jakue in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomáš Omasta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 61 played minutes Juniors FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Suarez. In the 67th match minute, ŠK Horelica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladislav Púčik to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Ondrej Cundák got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 80 minutes into the match, Cayetano Jakue had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomáš Omasta. ŠK Horelica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cayetano Jakue was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 84 minutes of play, Juniors FC's Leo Perna made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomáš Omasta was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in ŠK Horelica's zone, Cayetano Jakue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomáš Omasta came out of the goal and Cayetano Jakue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Leo Perna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ŠK Horelica's Tomáš Omasta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matej Tomka was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the ŠK Horelica players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Juniors FC.
