Ricardo Ortzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Froylan in the 7th minute of the match. Florencio Derwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Salvador Incendio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Albino Froylan managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Froylan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Ortzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Ortzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Ricart in the 12th minute of the match. Inocencio Erasto hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Danilo Raebert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Albino Froylan hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Derwin in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salvador Incendio saved ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Delmiro Gaizko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salvador Incendio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Derwin in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA defense, Florencio Derwin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Salvador Incendio. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Salvador Incendio should have stopped the shot. In the 24th match minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Pio to maneuver through the defense. In the 26thth minute of the game Florencio Derwin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Salvador Incendio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 31 minutes of play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Albino Froylan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Ortzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Salvador Incendio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Derwin in the 34th minute of the match. Ricardo Ortzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Froylan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guaberto Galo was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Pio in the 52nd minute of play forced Mosbius Designs's goalkeeper Ricardo Ortzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mosbius Designs's Ricardo Ortzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Mosbius Designs from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute, Florencio Derwin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inocencio Erasto hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Salvador Incendio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Cheche in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Hugo Erramun hit a great ball. Benedicto Ricart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Mosbius Designs fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Mosbius Designs's Isidoro Cheche looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 90th match minute, Mosbius Designs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Mosbius Designs's zone, Amado Pio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Ortzi came out of the goal and Amado Pio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
