But to his dismay, Eikki Einasto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Real Calle's Emanuel Eckegren got a free kick in the 18th minute. Wiktor Kjellbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermo Laaser in the 23rd minute of the match. Wiktor Kjellbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaino Karja, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half Vuntsidega Vägimehed were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Wiktor Kjellbom made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Raido Viks sent off a good shot on target. Raido Viks's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wiktor Kjellbom firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 68th minute of the match, Ermo Laaser tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wiktor Kjellbom saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 71 minutes into the match, Real Calle's goalkeeper Wiktor Kjellbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eikki Einasto. In the 91st minute Ermo Laaser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Kjellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patric Billock kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Wiktor Kjellbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermo Laaser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 95 minutes, Ermo Laaser managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vuntsidega Vägimehed's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermo Laaser was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
